Cancellation Policy
The Cancellation policy of Knowledge
Account (kastudymaterial) is as follows:
There is no cancellation of
orders placed E-Books, PDFs, Audio-visual material if any purchased under
Instant Electronic Delivery / Instant Downloads. No refund is made for such
purchases.
Cancellations in case of
printed material will be considered only if the request is made within 2 hours
of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained
if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have
initiated the process of shipping them.
No cancellations are
entertained for those products that the www.knowledgeaccount.in marketing team has
obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day, etc. These
are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
Refund Policy
When you buy our services,
your purchase is covered by our 20-day money-back guarantee. If you are, for
any reason, not received your access to the documents/system / late delivery
(only you notified before that no need of purchase after the due date), then you
can communicate with us for a refund. We serve the quality of services that we use
ourselves every day and have thousands of satisfied customers worldwide, and
our support is second to none. That is why we can afford to back our services
with this special guarantee. To request a refund, simply contact us with your
service details within twenty (20) days of your purchase. Please include your
order/application number and tell us proof and the proper reason why you’re
requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to
constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds are not being
provided for services delivered in full.
Request for refund is accepted for below reason only
No service delivered. In case
of Target Programmes, when you are not given access to documents / system /
Learning Management System.
No service delivered on the due
date (Customer can claim refund only if he/she notifies through email before
delivery of a solution that it does not have means anymore).
Your purchase of e-books or
software or hard copy material does not meet your requirements. (For missing
partial requirements, you can ask for revision, the support team will provide you
quick support for revised work. But refund won’t be considered.)
Refund can’t proceed
without proper proof and reason, the customer who have an issue in purchase must write an email with proper proof of bad service or worst service issues.
Partial refund request proceeds
if somewhere missed some requirements. (It will be fixed by the management team
with reviewed by your original problems.)
Request for refund can’t be accepted for below reason:
Refund can’t be considered if
you change your original requirements that were mentioned at the time of
purchase.
An email formally asks for
refund won’t be considered. You should have a proper proof that purchase does
not meet your requirements. You will be asked for documents of proof.
Lengthy writing service
purchase – refund can’t be considered after full service delivery. If you have
an issue in purchase then you can ask for revision. Those are time consuming
task and if you have plagiarism issue then quick support will be provided for
revision.
In follow-up of revision and
long communication through email support, refund won’t be considered. It states
that you agreed with purchase and you are going to follow-up for some revision
and our expert was giving you time and support for providing your best needs.
Without communicating about refund issues, Refund request can’t be proceed. (No
refund will be allowed if you do not state the reason behind it.)
Once you confirm your order for products, having delivery time more than 2
days, you can’t cancel your order after 2 hours time. There is no
cancellation/refund of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
We do not consider any individual grading system. We believe customer’s
satisfaction and quality working as per client’s requirements. The refund
request only be proceed if you state problems in working solution provided by
our expert. You will be answered within quick time.
